As Managing Broker of the Prime Realty Group Bob leads a diverse team hand-picked real estate professionals, representing buyers and sellers throughout south east Wisconsin. As a native of south east Wisconsin, Bob brings a lifetime of regional knowledge to his team and their clients. Respected by his colleagues for his problem solving and leadership skills, Bob possesses the singular ability to empower agents and create a collaborative, cooperative team. Continuously stressing the importance of building and maintaining client relationships, he provides agents with market knowledge, technology and resources they require to effectively meet their client’s needs. In 2004, Bob purchased Huxhold Builders & Realtors. Subsequently creating two separate companies PRIME REALTY GROUP a full service real estate brokerage company and HUXHOLD BUILDERS, LLC a residential home building company. Prior to that, Bob was a top producing salesman and partner at Bear Realty Kenosha. Bob is a 1992 graduate of the Milwaukee School of Real Estate. In 1995, Bob was recognized as a “Rising Star” in the real estate industry by Broker/Agent Magazine. Bob has been a perennial top producing real estate agent with over 1200 career closed transactions. Bob married his high school sweetheart Sandy (DeBartolo) and they reside in Somers, WI. Bob and Sandy share two children. Bob enjoys running, biking, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
